Well, my cold still wants to stay and isn't leaving anytime soon, so I am resigned to making the best of this worst situation.
You know, if it weren't for good friends, I honestly don't know what I would do. I have a discussion forum called Home is Where the Heart is (link follows)

and I have to tell you, it is nice to have a place to go where people care and where you can discuss things of common interest. My moderators are great, and it is so nice to come home after a tough day and see that people really care about you.
I have two cats and being a cat lover as well, I can attest to the fact that when you are not feeling well, if you are upset or just need a hug, animals have a sixth sense in that they can read your non-verbal communication and seem to know what you need at any given time. They are great!

Well, I have a really bad cold and am "under the weather" today. It really bugs me, because I haven't had a cold in about 5 years, thankfully, but here I am with one today. Hey, that's life sometimes.
Nonetheless, I try to remain positive and keep myself busy in a constructive way.
